Job summary

The Residence at North Ridge in New Hope, MN is seeking Home Health Aides to join our compassionate clinical team. You will provide daily living activities and personal care for residents in a rehabilitation nursing setting.

Must have a state-approved Nursing Assistant program and Minnesota certification. Memory Care experience preferred; medication pass experience is required. We support ongoing education and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a state-approved Nursing Assistant course.
• Must hold current Minnesota certification/registration to practice.
• Memory Care experience preferred.
• Experience with Medication Pass is required.
• Strong communication and rapport-building with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, skincare, hair care, nail care, dressing, oral hygiene, shaving and grooming.
• Transfer residents as needed and assist with toileting and answering call lights.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and uphold the Resident Bill of Rights.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOME HEALTH AIDE (HHA)

Compassion, Kindness, and Caring, while assisting with providing activities of daily living to residents including personal care of bathing, skincare, hair care, nail care, dressing, oral hygiene, shaving, and grooming. Transfers residents as needed and assists with toileting and answering all call lights.

To be eligible, you must have Memory Care experience, preferably in Assisted Living.

Qualifications

Must have completed a state-approved Nursing Assistant course and have current State of Minnesota certification/registration to practice. Responsible for meeting the needs of our residents in a safe and caring manner. Follows established policies and procedures and upholds the Resident Bill of Rights. Must be able to organize time and prioritize resident care needs. Exercises confidentiality to ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations.

Experience in , Medication Pass, is required.
