Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is hiring a Home Health Aide to support patients in their homes under RN supervision. You will provide personal care and promote comfort while maintaining a safe environment and documenting care and observations.

Requirements include state training, 18+ age, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Prior HHA/NA experience is preferred; CPR and hepatitis checks may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• Meets the state training requirements.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have driver’s license and reliable transportation with valid auto liability insurance.
• Prefer at least one year of home health aide or nursing assistant experience; or completion of relevant certification.
• Ability to read/write English and follow written/verbal instructions effectively.
• CPR and Hepatitis profile may be required depending on location.

• Provide personal healthcare and related services to the client in their residence.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean environment.
• Work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations with the supervisor.
• Work under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
