Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in Lincoln, NE is hiring a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA). You will provide personal healthcare to patients at home, promote comfort, keep a clean, safe environment, and coordinate with the supervising nurse.

Under RN supervision, observe and report patient needs, follow written and verbal instructions in English, and work with patients and families. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation; CNA/CHHA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma (preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least one year of Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant experience preferred, or CNA/CHHA program completion.
• Ability to read and write English and follow written and verbal instructions.
• CPR and Hepatitis profile as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services to the client in their home.
• Assist in creating a safe and clean living environment for the patient.
• Work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations with the supervisor.
