Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is hiring a Home Health Aide to support patients in their homes under RN supervision. You will observe, document, and report patient needs, providing personal healthcare and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Requirements include being at least 18, having a High School Diploma (preferred), a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and English reading/writing ability. CPR/Hepatitis documentation and prior CNA/HHA training are valued.

Qualifications

• Meets the training requirements of the State.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to read and write in English and follow written and verbal instructions in English effectively.
• Able to work with little direct supervision.
• Provides a calm manner in a patient’s home.

We want you to grow your career with us!Job DescriptionThe home health aide is a paraprofessional member of the interdisciplinary group who works under the supervision of a registered nurse and performs various services for a patient as necessary to meet the patient’s personal needs and to promote comfort.
