Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) to work under a registered nurse in clients' homes. You will observe and document patient conditions, assist with personal care, and promote comfort while maintaining a safe, clean home environment.

Requirements include being 18+, high school diploma preferred, current driver's license with reliable transportation, English proficiency, and at least 1 year of HHA/CNA experience or completion of a CNA/CHHA program.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma preferred; CNA/CHHA coursework or certification considered.
• Must have a current driver's license and reliable transportation.
• At least one year of experience as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant, or completion of CNA/CHHA program.
• Ability to read and write in English and follow written/verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services to clients in their home.
• Assist in creating a safe, clean living environment for patients.
• Cooperate with patient and family; report observations to supervisor.
• Work under the direction of a registered nurse and document care performed.

We want you to grow your career with us!Job DescriptionThe home health aide is a paraprofessional member of the interdisciplinary group who works under the supervision of a registered nurse and performs various services for a patient as necessary to meet the patient’s personal needs and to promote comfort.
