Job summary

Professional Care Match in Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support patients in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help maintain safety and comfort while following care plans.

We offer weekly pay, sick time, opportunities for professional development, and a positive work environment. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and support to patients, including engaging in activities and conversation
• Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including adhering to safety protocols
• Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals
• Other duties as assigned

Hourly Salary Range - $17 - $23 - depending on experience
