Job summary

Vitality Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and CNAs to provide personalized care to clients in their homes in Largo, FL. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-focused support delivered in clients' residences.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, safe transfers, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship. Documentation and EVV accuracy are required, with care plans tailored to each client by the RN supervisor.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA certification or HHA training certificate.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements.
• Reliable transportation to assigned visits.

• Provide safe assistance with walking and transfers according to the care plan.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Provide companionship and medication reminders.
• Follow each client’s care plan and report changes or concerns to the RN supervisor.
• Accurately document services and complete electronic visit verification (EVV).

Qualifications:

• HHA training certificate or active Florida CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to meet background screening and agency onboarding requirements.
• Reliable transportation to assigned visits.
• Dependability, patience, and strong communication skills.
• Previous home care experience preferred.
• English-speaking and Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome.
