Job summary

Purpose Care is seeking Home Health Aides to serve Georgetown, Ohio and surrounding counties. The role involves personal care, hygiene, grooming, and light housekeeping to support clients at home.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of recent experience with a background check, are 18+, and can complete competency and skills assessments. Travel time pay is offered along with schedule flexibility and referral bonuses."

Qualifications

• Worked with a Home Health Agency or nursing Facility within the past year.
• Minimum of 1 full year of recent experience.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Competency evaluation must be completed.
• Skills assessment must be completed.
• Able to independently lift 25lbs.
• Empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail and impaired.
• Demonstrate patience and good personal hygiene.
• Comfortable with personal care, grooming, meal prep and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care including baths/showers, oral hygiene, shampoos, changing linens, dressing and grooming, toileting, and maintaining a clean living area.
• Carrying out tasks such as laundry, cleaning and meal preparation.

Looking for Home Health Aide's for the Georgetown, Ohio area and surrounding counties.

Purpose Care is looking for qualified, dependable, honest, reliable, Home Health Aides, STNA's, PCAs and CNA Caregivers to care for the needs of our clients.

Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Providing personal care to include:
   • Baths, Showers, Bed Baths, Sponge Baths
   • Oral hygiene
   • Shampoos
   • Changing bed linens
   • Assisting patients with dressing/undressing and grooming
   • Assisting the patient with toileting activities
   • Keeping patient’s living area clean and orderly
2. Doing patient’s laundry, cleaning and meal preparations

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Worked with a Home Health Agency or nursing Facility within the past year

• Candidates must complete a written Competency evaluation.
• Must complete a skills assessment.
• Able to independently lift 25lbs.
