Job summary

Purpose Care is seeking Home Health Aides to support clients in the West Union, Ohio area and surrounding counties. We hire qualified, dependable, honest, and reliable aides, STNAs, PCAs and CNA caregivers to assist with personal care and daily living activities.

Benefits include competitive pay from $16–$17 per hour and travel time pay of $11 per hour, with flexible scheduling. We offer referral bonuses and ongoing growth opportunities within our expanding organization.

Qualifications

• Worked with a Home Health Agency or nursing facility within the past year.
• Minimum of 1 full year of recent experience.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Candidates must complete a written Competency evaluation.
• Must complete a skills assessment.
• Able to independently lift 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including baths, oral hygiene, grooming, and showering.
• Assist with toileting, dressing, and changing linens.
• Keep patient living area clean and orderly; assist with laundry, cleaning, and meal prep.

Looking for Home Health Aide's for the West Union, Ohio area and surrounding counties.

Purpose Care is looking for qualified, dependable, honest, reliable, Home Health Aides, STNA's, PCAs and CNA Caregivers to care for the needs of our clients.

Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Providing personal care to include:
a. Baths, Showers, Bed Baths, Sponge Baths
b. Oral hygiene
c. Shampoos
d. Changing bed linens
e. Assisting patients with dressing/undressing and grooming
f. Assisting the patient with toileting activities
g. Keeping patient’s living area clean and orderly

1. Doing patient’s laundry, cleaning and meal preparations

Qualifications and Requirements

• Worked with a Home Health Agency or nursing Facility within the past year
