Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is seeking experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) for per diem shifts in New York, covering Suffolk County including Deer Park. Earn $19.65–$20.00 per hour with 4-hour evening shifts on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience.
• Valid NYS HHA Certificate.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Physical exam within 1 year.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years.
• MMR immunizations within 10 years.
