Job summary

Affirmed Home Care in Brooklyn is actively seeking experienced Per Diem Home Health Aides (HHAs) to support our clients in Brooklyn, NY 11135 and surrounding areas. Starting at $19.65–$20.00 per hour, this role offers day and overnight shifts with flexible schedules.

Responsibilities include personal care, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal preparation and friendly companionship. Applicants must have at least 1 year of HHA experience and a valid NYS HHA certificate, plus eligibility

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience.
• Valid NYS HHA certificate.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Physical exam within 1 year.
• PPD or QuantiFERON test within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years.
• MMR immunizations within 10 years.
