Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide high-quality, personalized care in clients' homes across Suffolk County, NY. Multiple cases available with flexible 6-, 8-, and 12-hour shifts, including weekday and weekend options.

Earn $19.65–$20.00 per hour with sign-on and referral bonuses and weekly direct deposit. We value dependable, experienced HHAs and offer fast onboarding, supportive team, and opportunities near home.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and experienced Home Health Aides are sought.
• Must have a NYS HHA certificate and be eligible to work in the United States.
• Physical exam within the past year; MMR immunization within 10 years; TB screening or chest X-ray within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, personalized home care to clients across Suffolk County.
• Assist with activities of daily living as part of Home Health Aide services.
• Participate in fast onboarding, case placement, and flexible scheduling to meet client needs.

HHA Qualifications

Applicants must have:

• At least 1 year of HHA experience
• A valid New York State HHA Certificate
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• A physical exam completed within the past year
• PPD or QuantiFERON testing within the past year, or a chest X-ray within the past 5 years
• MMR immunization documentation within the past 10 years
