Regional Health Services in Cresco, IA is seeking a dedicated CNAs/HCA to join our home health team. You will assist clients with personal care, mobility, exercises, and medication reminders in home or facility settings, under RN guidance.
Responsibilities include simple wound care per instruction, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and clear communication with supervisors. Valid CPR and driver's license required; CNA/HCA certification preferred.

Assists clients in their homes/facilities with personal care activities, exercises, ambulation activities, and medication reminders. Performs simple treatments and procedures such as changing dressings per RN instruction. Provides minor household chores, meal preparation, and runs errands. Communicates with supervisory personnel appropriately.
Successful completion of a formal certification training program and/or written skills test and competency evaluation. C.N.A. or H.C.A. certification and/or experience preferred. Valid driver's license. Valid car insurance to meet minimum requirements. Maintains a current CPR certification.
