Job summary

Regional Health Services in Cresco, IA is seeking a dedicated CNAs/HCA to join our home health team. You will assist clients with personal care, mobility, exercises, and medication reminders in home or facility settings, under RN guidance.

Responsibilities include simple wound care per instruction, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and clear communication with supervisors. Valid CPR and driver's license required; CNA/HCA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a formal certification training program and competency evaluation.
• C.N.A. or H.C.A. certification and/or experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance meeting minimum requirements; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care activities and mobility.
• Provide exercises, ambulation support, and medication reminders.
• Perform simple treatments such as dressing changes under RN instruction.
• Provide light household chores, meal preparation, and errands.
• Communicate with supervisory personnel as needed.
