Job summary

Regional Health Services in Cresco, IA is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to plan, organize, and direct home care and hospice services according to physician treatment plans.

The RN will use community resources to tailor services to individuals and families, may assist with public health programs, and serve as RN case manager for hospice client assignments. Valid IA RN license and CPR required; driver's license encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa.
• Maintains CPR certification.
• Two years of professional nursing experience desired, but not required.
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Appearance and personality appropriate to interact with clients and staff.
• Valid driver's license and proof of motor vehicle insurance.
