Formación

• Experience in healthcare administration or home health operations.
• Knowledge of Medicare requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to develop people.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily home health operations ensuring safe, effective patient care.
• Maintain compliance with federal and Missouri regulations, Medicare requirements, accreditation standards.
• Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, coach, and retain qualified staff; ensure staffing and evaluations.
• Manage budgets, staffing expenses, and cost controls; monitor financial performance.
