Job summary
Life Care Home Health is seeking an Administrator to lead a home health agency with responsibility for clinical quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and culture. Reports to VP of Home Health Operations and collaborates with regional and executive leadership to translate strategy into measurable results.
The role requires executive oversight, development and execution of operational plans, budgeting, and a strong focus on patient-centered care, staff development, and community
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of senior management or executive leadership in a licensed healthcare delivery setting.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution; healthcare focus preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight of agency operations and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Lead development and execution of operational plans for long-term performance and patient-centered care.
- Manage budgeting, revenue integrity, and financial reporting for the agency.
- Attract and develop clinical and administrative leaders and foster a culture of accountability.
