Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Home Health Support Assistant to join our team. This role provides essential one-on-one care in the home setting and supports clerical tasks under the Branch Manager.

You will respond to calls, manage records, procure supplies, and help maintain tele-monitor systems, with opportunities to grow your skills in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in clerical/office tasks preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists with clerical and administrative support components of home health and private duty operations.
• Responds to incoming calls and manages paper flow.
• Maintains patients' records and processes requests for release of records.
• Procures and stocks/dispenses medical and office supplies and equipment.
• Maintains lab requests for billing purposes and distributes interoffice forms.
• Registers patients into and maintains the tele-monitor program (if applicable).
• Performs other duties as directed by the Branch Manager and/or Administrator.
