Adoration Health is seeking a Home Health Support Assistant in Baltimore to provide essential one-on-one care and handle clerical support for home health operations. The role involves managing calls, patient records, and supplies under the Branch Manager's guidance.

The position requires a high school diploma, at least one year of clerical experience, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of clerical/office responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls and manage paper flow.
• Maintain patients' records and process requests for release of records.
• Procure and stock/dispense medical and office supplies and equipment.
• Register patients into and maintain tele-monitor programs (if applicable).
• Support branch manager with administrative duties.
