Concierge Home Care in Lehigh Acres, FL is hiring a Home Health Account Executive for a full-time, territory-based role with travel within Lee County. The position offers autonomy, flexibility, and strong leadership support, with a robust bonus structure tied to performance and census growth.

Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000+ depending on experience and book of business. Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision, and HSA, plus PTO, mileage reimbursement or company vehicle,

Qualifications

Active book of business within the territory.
Healthcare sales experience in home health, SNF, DME, hospice, or clinical liaison preferred.
Clinical background (RN, LPN, MSW, etc.) preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to travel within the territory.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Ongoing mentorship and leadership support.
Free Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
Clear advancement pathways within a rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong referral relationships within senior living communities.
Drive census growth by meeting/exceeding sales goals.
Act as an advocate to ensure smooth transitions to home care.
Manage the referral-to-admission process efficiently.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
Maintain consistent communication with executive leadership and referral sources.
