Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking an ABA Therapist in Watertown, CT to provide direct ABA services to children and adolescents in home, community, and clinic settings. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to support skill development and independence.

The role emphasizes field-based service delivery with flexible scheduling. RBT certification is preferred and may be required based on client needs and payer requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred but not required for all positions.
• Experience working with children with ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in data collection systems and EHR is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services in home, community, and clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans and BIPs under BCBA supervision.
• Support skill development and behavior reduction using ABA techniques.
• Collect behavioral data and complete accurate documentation.
• Maintain communication with supervising clinicians, caregivers, and team members.
• Attend supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Reinforce caregiver guidance and support program implementation.
• Comply with HIPAA, payer requirements, and regulations.
• Maintain RBT certification and BACB requirements when applicable.
• Perform physical activities necessary to support client care.
