Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferred and may be required depending on client, payer, or program requirements.

Position Scope

This position operates within the Clinical Services/Behavioral Health function and supports ABA service delivery across home, community, and clinic settings. The ABA Therapist works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collaborates with families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistent, high-quality, and person-centered care. The role focuses on direct service delivery, implementation of treatment plans, and accurate data collection.
