Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide direct ABA services for children and adolescents with ASD in home, community, and clinic settings across Connecticut. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement treatment plans and BIPs to support skill development and independence, with RBT certification preferred or required depending on program needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred but not required for all positions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services in home, community, and clinic settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA supervision.
• Support skill development and behavior reduction using evidence-based ABA techniques.
• Collect behavioral data and complete accurate, timely documentation.
• Maintain communication with supervising clinicians, caregivers, and team members.
• Attend required supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Reinforce caregiver guidance and support program implementation.
• Comply with HIPAA, organizational policies, payer requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain RBT certification and BACB requirements when applicable.
• Perform physical activities necessary to support client care and behavioral interventions.
