Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking a dedicated ABA Therapist to provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and adolescents with ASD across home, community, and clinic settings in Norwalk, CT. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement individualized plans to support skill development and behavior reduction.

Preference is given to RBT certification; travel between client locations is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; psychology/behavioral science coursework preferred.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to follow structured ABA programs and apply techniques effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, community, and clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans and BIPs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data and maintain accurate documentation for payer requirements.
• Communicate with caregivers, supervising clinicians, and team members.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and BACB standards where applicable.
