Job summary

OneWell Health Care seeks a dedicated ABA Therapist in Monroe, CT to deliver 1:1 ABA services across home, community, and clinic settings. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement treatment plans and collect progress data to support skill development and behavior reduction.

The role requires strong English communication, a valid driver’s license for travel between sites, and flexibility in schedule. RBT certification is preferred but not required; compensation reflects field-based, non-exempt

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Additional coursework or education in psychology, education, behavioral science, social work, child development, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services in home, community, and clinic settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision.
• Support skill development and behavior reduction using evidence-based ABA techniques.
• Collect behavioral data and complete accurate, timely documentation.
• Maintain communication with supervising clinicians, caregivers, and team members.
• Attend required supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Reinforce caregiver guidance and support program implementation.
• Comply with HIPAA, organizational policies, payer requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain RBT certification and BACB requirements when applicable.
• Perform physical activities necessary to support client care and behavioral interventions.
