Job summary

Candidates will answer customer questions, maintain product knowledge, and help ensure accurate stock, pricing, and safety practices across the department. Prior retail experience is a plus.

• Report product ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager.
• Display a positive attitude.
• Stay current with ads for present, future, seasonal and special promotions.
• Reinforce safety programs by following procedures and identifying unsafe conditions.
• Inspect equipment and report any repair needs to management.
• Notify management of accidents involving customers or staff.
• Report safety risks, illegal activity including robbery or theft.
