Ashley Furniture, part of Regency Management Services, is hiring a Furniture Sales Professional to help customers pick furniture and home décor that fits their style and budget. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided, with unlimited commission potential and a clear path to career growth.

You will engage customers, stay current on product knowledge, and contribute to team sales while maintaining a well-presented showroom. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• No furniture or sales experience required.
• Retail, hospitality, customer service, real estate, automotive, wireless, or other sales experience is a plus—but not required.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Build relationships by listening to customer needs and preferences.
• Recommend furniture, mattresses, décor, and home furnishings based on lifestyle and budget.
• Guide customers through the full sales process from greeting to purchase.
• Explain product features, benefits, promotions, and financing options.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing showroom and process sales transactions.
