Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a Front Load CDL Driver in Springfield, MO to service commercial and multi-family routes with a focus on safety and reliability.

You will operate front-load trucks, handle hydraulic systems, and perform routine inspections while interacting with customers along your route. Qualified candidates have a valid CDL, 1+ years of truck driving experience (Front End/Front Load preferred) or CDL school certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• CDL required to operate front-load trucks.
• 1+ years of commercial truck driving experience (Front End / Front Load experience preferred) or CDL school certification completed.
• Ability to safely maneuver trucks in tight spaces using mirrors and backing skills.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and perform routine physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive local front-load routes for commercial and multi-family customers.
• Operate hydraulic controls and safely dump 3–4 yard containers.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and DOT compliance.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers along the route.
