Job summary

GFL Environmental is hiring a Commercial Frontload Driver in Harrisonville, MO. This full-time role is responsible for safely collecting waste on commercial and residential routes and transporting to facilities, while delivering excellent service as part of team green.

You will perform pre/post-trip inspections, interact with customers, and follow DOT and safety regulations. The position requires a valid CDL, a clean driving record, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is desired but not required.
• CDL is required or must meet safety criteria for driving duties.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend documents and maps.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial frontload or ancillary equipment on designated routes to collect solid waste and transport to facilities.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and complete vehicle condition reports.
• Interact courteously with customers and respond to requests; maintain site cleanliness and safety.
