Qualifications

• Possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Minimum of one year commercial truck driving experience OR CDL school certificate.
• Must meet safety-sensitive criteria according to Company standards.
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to safely drive the truck and operate the equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive front-end trucks along designated routes to collect solid waste and transport to post-collection facilities.
• Open container enclosures or gates to access cans and roll 3-4 yard cans for dumping.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections; submit a vehicle condition report.
• Interact courteously with customers and respond to questions or requests; notify supervisor of issues.
• Maintain a logbook, daily route/productivity sheet, and vehicle condition report as required by law or policy.
• Maneuver truck into/out of space using mirrors and GPS to locate addresses; follow safety practices.
