Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent.
• Three to five years of mortgage leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Home Equity team to manage workflow, meet production goals, and ensure service excellence.
• Analyze pipeline data to identify trends and drive operational improvements.
• Oversee processing, closing, and funding activities to ensure compliance with policies and investor guidelines.
• Implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and the member experience.
• Assist in hiring, training, and motivating team members to achieve goals.
