Job summary

Signature Federal Credit Union is seeking a loan processor who will responsibly process loan packages, prepare funding documentation, and fund loans in a timely and accurate manner to ensure member satisfaction and achievement of credit union goals. The role requires 3–5 years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Candidates should be detail oriented with strong communication, basic financial calculations, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of home equity

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.
• Understanding of home equity loans and basic financial calculations.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process loan packages accurately per policies; order tax transcripts and fix discrepancies.
• Answer member inquiries regarding loan funding and assist with overflow calls.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
