• Experience with MeridianLink and FICS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers Mortgage Department queue calls and reviews residential loan applications to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
• Explains loan programs to members and evaluates their needs to recommend options.
• Pulls credit reports, orders appraisals, property abstracts, surveys, and employment verification; submits files for underwriting.
• Works with other departments to achieve goals or minimize risk.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains adherence to security policies and applicable procedures.
• Demonstrates knowledge of mortgage products and market rates.
