You will process Home Equity loans, review income, and assess valuations and title reports to ensure top‑notch member service. Collaboration with multiple teams and vendors is essential.

The role emphasizes accurate document preparation, adherence to regulatory guidelines, and meeting SLA goals while educating members on Home Equity products and services.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in loan processing, preferably in real estate lending.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Bellco’s core values in all member interactions.
• Process Home Equity loans, review income, valuations, and title reports.
• Coordinate with departments and vendors to satisfy loan conditions.
• Maintain daily communications with members and provide loan updates.
• Use internal reports to monitor service levels and task completion.
• Assist with pipeline reviews and cross-team collaboration.
