Qualifications

• 3+ years as an HVAC Sales Associate or Comfort Advisor with deep equipment knowledge and established manufacturer ties
• Valid Driver's License with a clean 3-year record
• Proficiency in proposal software, system design platforms, presentation tools, and spreadsheets
• Genuine curiosity, accountability, and a consultative approach to home energy solutions
• Background in residential solar or a bachelor's degree is a plus
