Sandbox+ in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an HVAC Sales Associate who acts as a true home energy consultant rather than a high-pressure closer. You will evaluate whole-home comfort, IAQ, and efficiency, translating complex mechanicals into clear, actionable solutions for homeowners.

You’ll manage your pipeline, follow up on leads, network in the community, and present tailored, high‑performance systems including heat pumps, IAQ upgrades, solar generation, battery storage, and home electrification

Qualifications

• 3+ years as HVAC Sales Associate or Comfort Advisor with deep equipment knowledge and manufacturer ties.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean 3-year record.
• Proficiency in proposal software, system design platforms, presentation tools, and spreadsheets.
