Qualifications

• 1–3 years of direct sales in home energy or HVAC.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Experience with Excel, system design, presentation and proposal software.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales pipeline and follow-up with leads.
• Conduct outbound outreach and networking to generate referrals.
• Educate customers and present Sandbox+ energy solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners and partners.
• Represent Sandbox+ professionally during in-home visits and events.
• Prepare proposals and client presentations.
• Collaborate with sales team to close quality business.
