Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Home Therapy Specialist to oversee safe and compliant delivery of home-based renal therapies in Northern California. The role ensures clinical performance, patient outcomes, and regulatory adherence across clinics, and supports education and competency development for clinical staff.

The position emphasizes documentation, quality improvement, and collaboration with clinical and operations teams to sustain high standards of patient care in a growing dialysis network.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state; multi-state compact license preferred.
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years dialysis experience, including at least 3 years in home therapies.
• Experience in adult education preferred.
• CNN or CDN certification preferred.
• Proven skills in presentation, facilitation, and webinar delivery.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; proficiency in USRC applications within 90 days.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and multi-project management abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert oversight to ensure safe, compliant delivery of home-based renal therapies.
• Monitor clinical performance and patient outcomes across an assigned geographic region.
• Ensure adherence to CMS Conditions for Coverage and state requirements.
• Educate and develop competency of clinical team members.
• Promote continuous improvement and interpret regulatory and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with quality teams to implement best practices that improve patient outcomes.
• Support education and onboarding for new staff and ongoing education for regional teams.
