Job summary

U.S. Renal Care seeks a Dialysis Registered Nurse to provide home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis care for patients with chronic kidney disease. You will assess patients, develop and update care plans, perform and train patients/caregivers on home treatments, manage vascular/peritoneal access, monitor labs, and respond to complications.

Collaborate with nephrologists and an interdisciplinary team while documenting in EMR. U.S.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience or strong interest in dialysis care.
• Ability to educate patients and caregivers on home treatments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop/update comprehensive care plans.
• Provide home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis care.
• Train patients and caregivers on home treatment procedures.
• Manage vascular/peritoneal access and monitor labs.
• Respond to complications and coordinate with nephrologists.
