Job summary

U.S. Renal Care seeks a Dialysis Registered Nurse to provide home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis care for patients with chronic kidney disease. You will assess patients, develop and update care plans, perform and train patients/caregivers on home treatments, manage vascular/peritoneal access, monitor labs, and respond to complications.

Collaborate with nephrologists and an interdisciplinary team while documenting in EMR. U.S.

Qualifications

• RN licensed to practice in the United States.
• Experience in dialysis care or home therapies is preferred.
• Ability to train patients and caregivers on home dialysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop/update care plans for home dialysis.
• Train patients and caregivers on home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis procedures.
• Manage vascular/peritoneal access and monitor related labs.
• Respond to complications and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary team; document in EMR.
