CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is looking for a Registered Nurse in Columbia, South Carolina, responsible for providing and coordinating clinically competent care for assigned patients undergoing home dialysis.

The ideal candidate will have nursing experience and be involved in patient assessments, education, and collaboration with health care teams. A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) with company match is offered.

Qualifications

• Less than 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Must have at least 1-year experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred).
• Home dialysis therapy experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients.
• Assess and manage patients' response to home dialysis training.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effectiveness.
