Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Home Therapies RN CAP 1 in Lowell, MA. You will provide and coordinate patient-centered home dialysis care, educate patients/families, and work with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective treatment delivery and outcomes.

Responsibilities include routine nursing duties, monitoring patient responses, and collaborating with physicians. Training is provided; hours are 7am–5pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekend or holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Entry level RN with less than 2 years of nephrology nursing experience.
• Current registered nurse license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required or current.

Responsibilities

• Provide, coordinate and evaluate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group.
• Educate patients and families on home dialysis training and treatment protocols.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with the health care team to ensure safe and effective home dialysis delivery.
• Participate in training, leadership and quality improvement activities.
