Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensed to practice in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Dialysis training and experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of home dialysis therapies to ESRD patients and ensure safety and quality in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Schedule, train, and supervise in-center and home staff to support the program.
• Manage program budget and KPIs to achieve or exceed targets.
• Direct and manage patient care from admission to discharge, guiding staff for safe home therapy delivery.
• Train patients and caregivers on safe operation and maintenance of dialysis equipment.
• Support patient experience initiatives and ensure staff competency in equipment operation.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, data entry, and QA activities related to the program.
• Orient new staff and provide ongoing education on risk management and policy adherence.
