Job summary

You will ensure operational excellence, supervise a multidisciplinary team, and coordinate patient treatments with physicians and staff to deliver life-saving care and a high quality of living.

The role requires an RN with at least 1 year of dialysis experience and management or supervisory exposure; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience; hemodialysis nursing experience preferred.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice (NCL rules as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Lead a dialysis clinic to operational excellence.
• Coordinate care with MDs and staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Educate and mentor staff to maintain compassionate patient interactions.
