You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care, apply nephrology standards, and support safe, compassionate treatment while pursuing ongoing education and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• One year of registered nurse experience with dialysis exposure.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and active RN license.
• Current CPR certification and ability to work with electronic health records.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and complete projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Participate in professional development activities and quality assessment/improvement.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Apply nephrology standards of practice and research findings to care.
