Satellite Healthcare is seeking a Clinical RN in Santa Rosa, CA to coordinate patient care with a multidisciplinary team. You will educate and advocate for patients, ensuring informed consent and supporting patient independence in care decisions.

You will collaborate with health professionals to deliver high-quality care and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered experience for individuals living with kidney disease.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
• Current, active, unencumbered state RN licensure.
• Current Healthcare Provider certification (CPR) required.
• Competent and in-depth knowledge regarding the use of Electronic Health Records.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and complete projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Act as patient teacher and advocate, guiding informed treatment decisions.
• Promote patient independence and informed consent where applicable.
