Satellite Healthcare is seeking a Center Manager (RN) to lead a dialysis clinic with a focus on operational excellence and compassionate patient care. The CM will mentor staff, coordinate care across MDs and team members, and uphold high standards of quality and morale in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse experience with at least 6 months in hemodialysis; management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure operational excellence in the clinic.
• Coordinate care and education for patients, working with MDs and staff to uphold high quality and compassionate service.

Education

Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent
