Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is hiring a Home Dialysis Patient Care Technician (CCHT) to support our nonprofit mission and deliver high‑quality care.

The role involves working with the dialysis team to set up, monitor, and troubleshoot treatment while maintaining patient safety and privacy, with a 120‑day education plan for new patients. Compensation ranges from $20 to $27 per hour, with comprehensive benefits, a 12‑week paid training program, and a supportive, mission‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dialysis/CCHT experience required.
• CNA/EMT/medical assistant/CNT/phlebotomy skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Infection control, risk management and patient education activities.
• Guide new patients through 120-day education plan.
• Obtain and record patient vitals and machine readings during treatment.
• Set up and break down dialysis blood system for treatment.
• Insert and remove patient access needles.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and inform charge nurse of concerns.
• Maintain inventory and perform laboratory work.
