Qualifications

• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Able to operate power machinery and use job tools.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with products in the department.
• Follow planner and notices to increase sales.
• Coordinate intercom sales per policy.
• Plan and organize workflow to meet goals and timelines.
• Prioritize daily tasks for clerks and ensure completion.
• Monitor vendors for policy compliance.
• Maintain inventory records and invoices.
• Achieve profit and labor budgets.
• Authorize manager discretion markdowns.
• Greet customers and provide prompt courteous service.
• Assist customers with product handling.
• Package merchandise per policy.
• Train new personnel per procedures.
• Keep accurate in-store merchandise records.
• Order supplies per policy.
• Receive and restock products with proper pricing and rotation.
• Conduct inventories and maintain in-stock position.
• Oversee apparel inventory controls.
• Supervise and coach direct reports; conduct performance reviews.
