Accendra Health is seeking a Delivery Technician to deliver, set up, and pick up durable medical equipment in patient homes. You will educate patients on equipment use, ensure safe operation, and provide high-quality customer service in a small, supportive Portsmouth branch.

The role emphasizes patient safety, on-call flexibility, and a stable schedule with on-call stipends. Prior experience isn’t required, and a valid license is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift, carry and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely lift, carry and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs during daily deliveries and setups.
• Deliver, set up, and pick up DME and supplies inside patient homes.
• Provide clear, compassionate instruction on equipment use.
• Offer a high level of customer service and support to patients relying on equipment.
• Load and unload equipment from the delivery vehicle.
• Complete delivery logs, pickup forms, and vehicle documentation accurately.
• Maintain supply components in patient profiles and assist with equipment cleaning.
